1、 Acceptance and change of this agreement
When you fill in the registration information according to the prompts on the registration page, read and check this agreement, and complete all the registration processes, it means that you have fully read, understood and accepted all the contents of this agreement. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and the new football live broadcast. In the process of reading this agreement, if you disagree with this agreement or any of its terms, you should immediately stop the registration process.
If you are an unregistered user, or have become a registered user of the new football live broadcast before this agreement takes effect, you agree that your access and/or use of the new football live broadcast will be deemed as your acceptance of all the contents of this agreement. 1. Code of Business Conduct

If you engage in malicious competition, or take false business practices, publish false and exaggerated marketing content, or publish frequent and low-quality marketing information, or you publish advertising content that is expressly prohibited by relevant national laws and regulations, or conduct business activities in violation of regulations, New Football Direct has the right to take measures, including limiting the scope and target of the dissemination of relevant content, Restrict or prohibit you from using all or part of the new football live broadcast service, ban or cancel your account, save relevant information according to laws and regulations, and report to relevant departments.
The legal disputes caused by your business behavior with others in the new football live broadcast platform shall be handled by both parties, and the new football live broadcast will not bear any responsibility.
2. Prohibited sexual behavior
You understand and warrant that you shall not carry out the following prohibited behaviors when using the new football live broadcast platform and services, and shall not allow anyone to use your account to carry out the following behaviors:

10) Access the new live football service, collect or process the content provided through the new live football service by using any automated program, software, engine, web crawler, web page analysis tool, data mining tool or similar tools;
11) Participate in or use any "framework", "image" or other technology, with the purpose of imitating the appearance and function of the new live football service;
12) Intervene or attempt to interfere with the access of any user or any other party to the new live football service;
13) Deliberately spread viruses, network worms, trojans, damaged files or other malicious codes that interfere with, damage or limit the functions of computer software, hardware or communication equipment and may damage the new football live broadcast service, servers and networks connected to the new football live broadcast service;
14) Sharing or publishing the personally identifiable data of such persons without the express consent of others;
15) Explore or test whether the new football live broadcast platform, system or other users' systems can intrude and attack, or evade (or attempt to evade) any security function of the new football live broadcast platform, system or other users' systems in other ways;
16) Decompile, reverse compile or reverse engineer the software used for the new football live broadcast service, or try to do the above;
17) Open multiple accounts for the purpose of destruction or abuse, or maliciously upload duplicate and invalid large capacity data and information;
18) Carry out any act that undermines the fairness of the new football live broadcast service or affects the normal order of the application, such as active or passive score swiping, partner cheating, using plug-in or other cheating software, using BUG (also called "vulnerability" or "defect") to obtain illegitimate illegal interests, or using the Internet or other means to plug in, cheat software BUG is made public;

22) It is suspected of violating the Law of the People's Republic of China on Guarding State Secrets, the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Security Protection of Computer Information Systems, the Regulations on the Protection of Computer Software, the Regulations on the Protection of the Right of Information Network Dissemination, the Regulations on the Administration of Internet Live Broadcasting Services and other laws related to computers and the Internet Act of regulations or normative documents. In any case, once it is reasonably believed that your behavior may violate the above laws, regulations or normative documents, New Football Live has the right to terminate providing services to you at any time without prior notice.
23) Other acts suspected of violating any other relevant Chinese laws, regulations, rules, regulations and other normative documents with legal effect
For the above prohibited behaviors, New Football Live has the right to deal with them in accordance with the provisions of "VIII. Default and Treatment of Users" and "XI. Termination of Agreement".
3、 Information content specification
You understand and know that when using the new football live broadcast service, the content and information sources are extensive, and the new football live broadcast cannot be responsible for the accuracy, authenticity, availability, security, integrity and legitimacy of all the content and information.
New football live broadcast does not recommend or express opinions on any content and information uploaded, published or transmitted by users on the new football live broadcast platform, and does not assume any responsibility for any errors, flaws and losses or damages of any content and information. Users need to bear relevant risks for any use of content and information.
You understand and guarantee that the content you produce, upload, publish or transmit in the new football live broadcast (including your account name, chat room speech, community comments, pop-up screen and other information) does not contain the following content:
1) Opposing the basic principles determined by the Constitution;
2) Endangering national unity, sovereignty and territorial integrity and subverting state power;
3) Divulging state secrets, endangering national security or harming national honor and interests;
4) Inciting national hatred, national discrimination, undermining national unity, or infringing upon national customs and habits;
5) Those who undermine the state's religious policy and promote heresy and superstition;
6) Disturbing social order and undermining social stability;
7) Inducing minors to commit crimes and exaggerating and spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terrorist activities or abetting crimes;
8) Insult or slander others, or infringe upon citizens' personal privacy and other legitimate rights and interests of others;
9) Spreading rumors, endangering social morality and damaging the excellent national cultural tradition;
10) Other contents prohibited by other relevant laws, administrative regulations and national provisions.
If the content you upload, publish or transmit contains the above information or content that violates laws and regulations, or infringes the legitimate rights and interests of any third party, you will directly bear all the adverse consequences caused by the above. If there are adverse consequences for the new football live broadcast, you should be responsible for eliminating the impact and compensating for all losses caused by the new football live broadcast, including but not limited to property damage compensation, reputation damage compensation, attorney fees, transportation fees and other reasonable expenses incurred for rights protection.
4、 Disclaimer

5、 Applicable law, jurisdiction and others
The conclusion, effectiveness, interpretation, amendment, supplement, termination, execution and dispute settlement of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China; If there are no relevant provisions in laws, refer to business practices and/or industry practices.
