The first two teams in each group were directly qualified for the European Cup, and the third team in the remaining 10 groups would enter the foreign card games, and the last four places in the European Cup qualifiers would be determined by means of play offs.
The European Cup qualifiers will start in March 2023 and end in March 2024. Each team in each group will play a double cycle game. Each team will play 10 games. The winner of each game will get 3 points, and the winner will get 1 point in a draw. The loser will not get a point. The group points list will be ranked in the following order: points, net wins, total goals, mutual achievements, away goals, red and yellow cards National team ranking. The top two teams of each group will directly qualify for the European Cup, with a total of 20 teams.
The wild card game will be held in March 2024. There are 10 teams participating in the game, which is divided into two stages. The first stage is the semi-final. The 10 teams are divided into 5 opponents according to the national team ranking. A single elimination game will be held. The winner will enter the second stage, and the loser will be out. The second stage is the final. The five teams will hold a single elimination game, and the winner will be promoted to the European Cup. The main round of the European Cup will be held in Germany from June to July 2024, with 24 teams participating, divided into six groups. The first two teams in each group and the third of the four best teams will enter the knockout phase and finally win the European Cup.
